30-day money-back guarantee

Every product sold by Maple Row Press on maplerowpress.com comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days of the purchase date and we'll refund the full amount you paid.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email support@maplerowpress.com within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Include the email address you used at checkout, so we can find your order.
3. You don't have to explain why. A short note is enough.

When you'll get your money back

We process refunds within 5 business days of your email. The refund goes back to the same payment method you used, through our payment processor, Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it on your statement.

After 30 days

Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not covered by this guarantee.

Digital products

Our products are digital files (PDF). Nothing is shipped. You don't need to return or delete anything to get a refund, but the license to use the files ends when the refund is issued.
