These terms apply to the website maplerowpress.com and to every digital product you buy from Maple Row Press ("we", "us"). By buying or using our products, you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
Our products are digital files, mostly PDF books and printable guides. Each product page describes what's included. Nothing physical is shipped.
2. Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page. Payment is a one-time charge, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. There is no subscription and no recurring charge unless a product page clearly says otherwise.
3. Delivery
After payment, you receive a download link by email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then email support@maplerowpress.com.
4. Refunds
Every purchase has a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.
5. Your license
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, read and print it for your own household use. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or publish the files or their contents, in whole or in part, or use them in a commercial product.
6. Content and results
Our books are written for general home use. Results depend on your ingredients, equipment and kitchen, so we can't guarantee any specific result. Recipes may contain common allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy and nuts. Always read ingredient labels and use your own judgment, especially when cooking for someone with a food allergy or a special diet.
7. Intellectual property
All text, layouts, photos and designs in our products and on this website belong to Maple Row Press or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect on the date of purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
